1/2 c minced onion
1 clove minced garlic
2 T butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 t salt
2 T flour
1/8 t pepper
1 8-oz can mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 c sour cream
2 T minced parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion & garlic in butter. Add meat and brown. Add flour, salt, pepper, and mushrooms. Cook 5 mins. Add soup; simmer uncovered 10 mins. Stir in sour cream at last minute. Heat through, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with hot noodles.
