3 c sugar
1 c milk
2 T cocoa (rounding)1/4 cube butter
vanilla
nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir sugar, milk, & cocoa until it comes to a boil. Turn down heat to medium. Skim off any scum that may form. Cook about 20 minutes, or soft ball stage. Remove from heat, add butter & vanilla.
Cool in cold water. Beat and add nuts. Pour into buttered pan or roll in nuts.
