2 cans of sliced potatoes, chopped (you can use diced)
6 strips of bacon, reserve grease
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 finely chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Chop, drain and rinse 2 cans of sliced potatoes (you can use diced). Fry 6 strips of bacon, saving the grease. To the grease add 3 tablespoons of flour to make a roux. Add 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup vinegar. Cook until the mix becomes clear. To this add 1 finely chopped onion and the crumbled bacon; pour over the potatoes and mix well.
