2 - 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese
1 1/2 shredded Monterey jack cheese
6 oz. pkg. of finely chopped dried apricots
8 oz. chopped dates
1/2 cup golden raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Soak apricots in luke warm water 5-6 minutes, drain & chop.
Add other ingredients. Mix well & form into ball shape.

Serve with ginger snaps.
