1 - 20 oz. can pineapple chunks 1/2 cup sugar 3 Tbs. flour 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup melted butter 1/2 cup buttery cracker crumbs
Drain the pineapple saving 3 Tbs of juice for later. Combine sugar & flour, stir in pineapple juice Add cheese & pineapple chunks mixing well. Spoon into greased 1 quart casserole dish Combine melted butter and crumbs Sprinkle over pineapple mix.
