18 tomatoes peeled and pureed in blender
4 onions chopped
4 green peppers chopped
2 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp salt
1 tsp ground mustard
11/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp ginger

Directions:

Cook and simmer ingredients until thick. (This will take some time) Cold pack into pints for 20 minutes.

This is great with eggs at breakfast. Dad (Grandpa Denzel) really enjoyed this.
