Ingredients:
4 squares Baker's semi-sweet baking chocolate
1 stick butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
6 T flour
cool whip for topping

Directions:
Directions:
~Butter 4 dessert bowls (or custard bowls, oven-safe). Put on a baking sheet.
~Microwave butter & chocolate till butter's melted. Stir with whisk till chocolate's melted. Stir in sugar & eggs & flour. Divide amongst the bowls evenly.
~Bake at 425 for 12-13 minutes (convection 400), till sides are firm, center is soft. Let stand 1 minute. Run small knife around edges to loosen. Invert each cake into it's own bowl.
~Top with cool whip. Serve immediately!
The inside will run out. This is rich and can be divided into 8 servings (but we are chocolate lovers, so we don't split them!)
