1c. olive oil 1/2c. red wine vinegar 1 clove garlic minced 1T. fresh or dried oregano 1/2 tsp. coursely ground pepper 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon 2 T. drained small capers 1 10oz. pitted Kalamatta olives 1 (12 oz) jar roasted peppers drained and sliced 1 jar pimento stuffed olives

Directions:
Whisk together olive oil and next five ingredients. Layer 11/2 qt. jar evenly with pimento-stuffed olives peppers, capers, and kalamatta olives. Pour marinade over olive mixture. Tightly seal jar. Let stans 1 hour before serving.
