1 cup Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced ham or pepperoni
2 tsp. parsley chopped
2 cups shredded zucchini or squash
1 small onion chopped fine.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a pie plate or 9x9" greased pan. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.
