Crust:
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts (hickory nuts are best, walnuts good, pecans, okay)
1/4 c. br. sugar
1 c. flour

10 oz. frozen strawberries (MUST be frozen)
1 T. fresh lemon juice
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
2 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare crust and place in 10" springform pan. Bake at 350 until mixture starts to brown. Stir often, break into crumbs. Remove from oven and take 1/2 cup out of pan and reserve. COOL Completely and put in refrigerator until cold.
Beat frozen strawberries, lemon juice, egg whites and sugar together until fluffy. Note: this may take 20 minutes depending on mixed; it will be like pink seven minute frosting when ready.
Whip cream and vanilla until medium peaks hold.
Gently fold into strawberry mixture.
Carefully place this mixture over crust in spring form pan. Top with remaining crust mixture. Freeze at least three hours before serving.
Garnish with fresh strawberry, mint leaf, and whipped cream. Serve frozen.
