1-1/2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
8 slices bread, cubed
8 oz. grated cheese
1-1/2 t. salt
8 eggs
2-1/2 c. milk
1 t. dry mustard
sliced mushrooms (optional)
diced green peppers (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Layer bread, sausage, and cheese in buttered 10"x6"2" pan.
Mix seasonings, eggs, and milk. Pour over casserole.
Bake at 400 for 30-45 minutes until eggs are set.
