2 c. plain croutons
4 oz. (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. mustard
1/8 t. onion powder
4 slices cooked crisp bacon, drained and crumbled.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.
In bottom of greased 10"x6"x1-3/4" baking dish, combine croutons and cheese.
Combine eggs, milk, salt, onion powder, and mustard and mix until blended. Pour over croutons mixture in casserole dish.
Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Sprinkle over top of casserole and bake in 325 over 55-60 minutes or until eggs are set.
