2 lbs stewing meat
1 cup tomatoes (or 1 can V8 juice)
1 diced onion
6 carrots
7 potatoes
1/2 cup diced celery
1 cup water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp sugar
3 tsp Minute Tapioca
1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put meat in casserole. Cover with rest of ingredients. Bake for 3 1/2 hours at 325. Can also use slow cooker if desired.
