2 lbs.ground beef
1 large onion
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Chili powder
Tabasco sauce
4 cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
2 cans chili beans
2 small cans tomato paste
2 cans diced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef and onion in oil until cooked in Dutch oven. Add diced tomatoes, chili beans, and tomato paste to beef and onions. Season with chili powder and tabasco sauce - amount depends on how spicy you want it. Simmer for 1 hour.
Add cheese to chili and stir until melted.
