2 lbs.ground beef 1 large onion 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil Chili powder Tabasco sauce 4 cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese 2 cans chili beans 2 small cans tomato paste 2 cans diced tomatoes
Saute beef and onion in oil until cooked in Dutch oven. Add diced tomatoes, chili beans, and tomato paste to beef and onions. Season with chili powder and tabasco sauce - amount depends on how spicy you want it. Simmer for 1 hour. Add cheese to chili and stir until melted.
