1 baked 9 inch pie crust
4-5 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 pkg. sugar free vanilla pudding (to cook)
2 cups water (not milk)
1 pkg. sugar free strawberry jello

Directions:
Directions:
Slice berries into the cooled, baked pie crust.

Cook pudding with 2 cups water. When it starts to boil, add jello and stir until dissolved. Cool to lukewarm and pour over strawberries. Refrigerate.
Serve with Cool Whip.
