3 lbs. round steak
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup sherry cooking wine
2 (3 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms
Cooked Kluski noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Trim all fat from steak. Cut steak into small, bite-sized pieces. Combine all ingredients except noodles in a small roaster. Do not brown the steak. Bake, covered, at 300 for 3 hours. Serve over hot noodles.
