1/2 c. olive oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. cilantro, packed
2 cloves garlic
3/4 t. crushed red pepper
1/2 t. cumin
1/2 t. salt

Directions:

Place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until ingredients are finely chopped. Serve with beef, pork or chicken.
