1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 roasted chicken
1 16oz. sour cream
2 small cans diced/chopped green chilies
2-3 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Green Salsa (Mrs. Renfro's is best)
Option's: 3 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Remove and shred the chicken meat from the bones. (It's easiest to buy a roasted chicken from Dillon's Deli). In a medium sized rectangular casserole layer ingredients, beginning with the tortillas, and build until ingredients are gone. Finish with a final layer of tortillas, salsa, cheese and sour cream dabs. Place in oven, covered, for 30 minutes. Remove covering 5 minutes before removed to crisp top. Enjoy!

Note: For great flavor, use about 1/4 jar of salsa, but add milk for extra moisture. For extra kick use 1/2 jar - it's spicy! You don't have to use all 16 oz of sour cream. I find I use between 8 and 16 oz.
