1/2 c. margarine, softened
1/2 c. creamy butter butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 dozen miniature peanut butter cups (9 oz pkg.)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream peanut butter and margarine together. Gradually add sugars, beating until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and beat well. Combine flour, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Chill dough for at least one hour. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place in mini muffin pans shaping to hug edges. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Remove from oven. Immediately press peanut butter cup into each hot crust. Cool completely before removing from the pan.
