1 pkg oriental Raman noodles with seasoning packet

1 bunch green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Toast on cookie sheet till golden brown the almonds/cashews with Raman noodles (broken up into small pieces) and the seasoning packet. I use 350 oven for about 5-7 minutes. You want then light brown in color. This can be stored in a jar or baggie for many days ahead.

Mix dressing ingredients and store in a jar or tupperware shaker ahead of time. I usually store this 8 hours or more ahead to get the flavors mixed.

Toss the lettuce, boc choy and green onions together.

When ready to serve-add dressing and toss.

Personal Notes:
Do not mix dressing with lettuce ahead of time. Wilts quickly, but at my house or event there usually isn't any left over's.
