1 can (13 oz) Sam's club chunk chicken breast
3/4 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 stalk celery, diced fine
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Approx. 1/4 cup pickle relish
Approx. 3 Tbsp. diced grapes

Drain and shred the chicken and then mix together all ingredients.

I first started making this when Sarah was pregnant with Oliver and it quickly became a family favorite. I make it alot for a quick Saturday lunch and for when we travel to Indiana. It's great with club crackers, or as a sandwich.
