1/2 Cup Butter
1 Garlic Cloves Minced
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1/4 tsp Pepper
3/4 Cup Grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Cup Fresh Mushrooms
Pasta of Choice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in medium skillet or pan over medium to low heat, add the mushrooms, garlic, cream and pepper, bring to a simmer stirring often. Add Parmesan and mozzarella and let simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring until smooth and thickened. Pour over pasta.

If the sauce does not get as thick as you like, add a little cornstarch mixed in cold water. It will thicken quickly.
