1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
1 (2lb) pkg powdered sugar
8-12 drops peppermint oil (or other flavoring)
8-12 drops food coloring
Sugar for coating

Directions:
Directions:
Combine softened cream cheese and sugar to get pie dough consistency, adding color and flavoring while mixing. Roll into small balls and coat in sugar. Press into rubber molds and unmole immediately onto waxed paper or aluminum foil. Let dry for 48 hours in a single layer, then freeze in a sealed container until ready to serve. May be frozen in multiple layers as long as they are dry.
