4 - 8 chicken breasts
4 - 6 stalks of celery
1 onion
2 lbs spaghetti
1 lb grated mild cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken, onion, celery and salt in big pot. Let boil for at least 40 minutes. Debone chicken and cook spaghetti in the broth. Strain the spaghetti (saving the broth in a separate container.) Put the spaghetti back in the pot. Add cheese, chili powder, salt and pepper and 4 cups of the reserved chicken broth, onion and celery. Toss together and add chicken and serve.
