1 cup butter
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 pkg cheddar cheese
1 12 oz jar apple jelly
1 jar salsa
1 jar tomato paste
5-6 chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Combine paste, jelly, salsa in sauce pan and heat until melted. In another bowl, mix butter, taco seasoning and 1/4 cup cheddar cheese. Flatten chicken, spread butter, taco and cheese combo onto chicken(thick), fold up (foll up) chicken and hold with tooth picks. Pour other mixture over (stuffed rolled up chicken). Bake 25 min covered. Take cover off. Add rest of cheddar cheese and bake until cheese melted.
*May be spicy if you use med-hot slasa and taco seasoning. Use what you prefer. Serve with rice and a veg.
