1 small can crushed pineapple
1 small package orange Jell-O
1 cup hot water
1 cup cold water - Use the pineapple juice as part of your one cup of cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice, save liquid, set pineapple aside.

Place in fridge till partly set and then add
1 small container cottage cheese
1 small can drained mandarin oranges (optional)
Crushed pineapple that was set aside
1 large container cool whip

Mix together, put back into fridge to finish setting and enjoy!
