White Onion
Vinegar
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix your vinegar and water in a bowl. It is 1 part vinegar to 2 parts water. Peel and slice the cucumbers and place in the bowl. Slice your onion in thin rings and add to the bowl. Stir and let set. The longer they set, the more flavorful they become.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Mom would fix these for a summer meal and she always left the bowl sitting on the counter and you could walk by and have a bite. Just the smell brings back memories of summer when I was young.
