2 cups fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup Cointreau liquor
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 (12 oz) can Mandarin oranges

Directions:
Directions:
In a 3 qt saucepan, combine cranberries, Cointreau and corn syrup. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes or until cranberries are tender. Spoon alternating layers of cooked cranberries and Mandarin oranges into sterilized jars. Cover with hot syrup, seal and cool. Or, refrigerate until ready to use. Serve as cranberry relish. Yields 3 cups.
