1 large box (5.1 oz) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
1 (12 oz) can fat-free evaporated milk
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin pie filling (1 3/4 cups)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together the pudding and milk. Refrigerate 5 minutes. Mix in pumpkin and spice. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Makes 8 servings (123 calories each, no fat)
