4 - 6 boneless pork chops (thick cut)
salt and pepper
1 can of pineapple chunks
1/2 cup of onion slices
1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper the pork chops to taste. Line them along the bottom of the crock pot. Sprinkle the brown sugar over them. Add chopped onions and the can of pineapple (juice and all). Cook on low 6 hours, or on high for 3 hours.
