Phyllo dough-1 whole box
2 c. pecans, chopped fine
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
honey
water
lemon
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, lemon and honey in pan on stove. Bring to a simmer and simmer for 10-15 minutes until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon. Melt butter. Cut phyllo dough roll into one third sections. chop pecans finely, add cinnamon, sugar, nutmeg, and cloves. Set aside. Take 2 sheets/sections of dough and brush with butter, place 1 tsp of pecan mixture in bottom corner of dough. Fold across bottom corner in a triangle and continuing folding up until closed. Place on cookie sheet and continue until all dough/filling done. Brush with butter. Cut a small slit on top of each pocket. Bake at 325 until golden brown. When done take out of the oven and while still warm pour a little bit of the honey on each of Baklava's. Let cool and serve.
