1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
32 oz. pkg southern style hash browns (thawed)
8 oz. pkg. shredded cheese
2 cups Ritz crackers (same as 1 cup crushed)
2 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup & sour cream in a large bowl. Mix well. Mix in potatoes and cheese. Put in a 13X9 pan. Combine crushed crackers and butter and sprinkle evenly over potatoes.

Bake 50 min at 350
