"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous
1/2 cup hot water 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 tbsp each of vinegar, oil, soy sauce 1 green onion, sliced 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 1/4 tsp salt 1 pound spaghetti
In a small bowl stir hot water into peanut butter until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and still until well mixed. Serve over hot pasta.
My grandmother used to make this for me every summer when I came to visit. Very good.
