1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp each of vinegar, oil, soy sauce
1 green onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp salt
1 pound spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl stir hot water into peanut butter until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and still until well mixed. Serve over hot pasta.

My grandmother used to make this for me every summer when I came to visit. Very good.
