2 cans peach pie filling 1 package (10-12) flour tortillas Glaze: 2 sticks margarine 1 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 1/4 cup water
Combine glaze ingredients. Heat until dissolved (don't boil). Fill each tortilla with fruit. Roll and place in large dish which has been sprayed with Pam. Pour glaze over tortillas. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350º. Baste top with glaze.
