1lb. graham crackers
4 1/2 c. milk
3 (3oz.) boxes instant French Vanilla pudding
1 (9oz.) carton of prepared whipped topping

2 oz. liquid chocolate (not chocolate syrup)
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp. white corn syrup
3 tbsp. soft oleo
3 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:

Grease a 9X13" pan. Line the bottom with whole graham crackers. Combine pudding and milk and beat well. Fold in whipped topping, mixing well. Pour half of the mixture over the graham crackers. Then add another layer of graham crackers and pour the rest of the pudding mixture over them, and add another layer of graham crackers. Mix the last six ingredients and frost the top layer of graham crackers. Chill at least 24 hours before serving.
