2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup 1 C. Chicken Broth 2 C. Chicken, cooked & cubed 2 C. Rice, cooked 4 Tomatoes, diced 1 can Pineapple, chunks Chow Mein Noodles, crunchy 4 Green Onions, chopped 1 C. Cheddar Cheese, grated Sliced Almonds 4 Celery Stalks, sliced
Heat cream of chicken soup and chicken broth in saucepan. Cook and cube chicken. Cook rice. This recipe is best served buffet style- place all ingredients in separate bowls and let guests create their own meal!
