2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
miracle whip
chopped green peppers
chopped green onions
dash salt
dash pepper
dash cayenne pepper
dash dried basil
red grapes, sliced
toasted pecans, chopped

Directions:
This is a "to your taste" recipe. I use small amounts of cayenne. I also use about 1/2 cup of chopped green onions.

When Marlo was in college at Kearney, her friend Carol ran a little lunch boutique in downtown Kearney. We went there for lunch, and to this day, this is still my favorite chicken salad. The only thing that would make it better is Carol's home made bread.
