Ingredients:
Pack of 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts,
8oz. container of sour cream,
1 bag Peppridge Farm Herbal Stuffing (usually the larger bag),
At least one stick of butter or margarine.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Wash and pull off fat from breasts.
Pour herbal stuffing in a mixing bowl to avoid a mess later. Coat chicken breast with sour cream and place into bowl of stuffing. I usually cover one side and push down in the bowl and then coat the other and pour stuffing on it.You want to make sure both sides of the breast is covered with the stuffing. While breast is in bowl, fold over into a semi-round shape, covering up any exposed chicken with the stuffing. Then place rolled up breast into pregreased baking dish. Repeat process for other breasts. Melt butter and slowly pour over each breast. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil from baking dish and bake for an additional 15- 25 minutes. At this point, I add more melted butter over each breast. Keep an eye out, so that the stuffing doesn't burn. I'll usually bake for 10 more minutes then add a little more butter to keep everything moist. :) Can you tell I like butter? To check that chicken is done, slice into the middle of one. This is very filling, so select your sides with that in mind. Enjoy!
