2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz. boxes)
3 cups of milk
4 tablespoons of peanut butter
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/4 cups of graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 combine crumbs, 2 T. sugar and margarine. Press into bottom of 9-inch pie pan. Bake 10 minutes and remove from oven.
Mix in large bowl with hand mixer, vanilla pudding, milk and peanut butter. Beat on low/med speed until well combined. Pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip before serving.

This can be made into a Weight Watchers desert by using sugar free, fat free pudding, skim milk, reduced fat peanut butter, Free Cool Whip and a ready made reduced fat graham cracker crust.
