1 pound of shrimp
1 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon of margarine
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 pound fresh bay scallops
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup Swiss cheese
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 pound crab
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Clean shrimp. Combine wine, butter, parsley, salt, and onion in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Add shrimp, scallops, and cook 3-5 minutes. Drain, reserving 2/3 cup liquid. Melt butter, add flour, stir, and add half and half, cooking until thickened. Add Swiss cheese. Gradually stir in 2/3 cup reserved liquid, add shrimp mixture and crab. Spoon into a baking dish. Refrigerate for 8 hours, them remove from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over casserole and cook 5 minutes more. Sprinkle with paprika. Let stand 10 minutes and serve.

I don't remember where I got this recipe, but it is one of Tim's all-time favorites. It is rich and filling.
