1 c Bisquick
1 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 small can evaporated milk
2 to 4 skinned chicken piece
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Put milk in another bowl and dip chicken into milk. Roll in dry mixture. Place in sprayed casserole dish and pour melted butter over each piece. Bake 375 for 1 hour
