3 eggs beaten
2/3 cup pumpkin
3/4 cup self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. ginger
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup sugar
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup nuts
4 Tbs. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix eggs. white sugar, pumpkin flour and spices. Pour on ungreased baking sheet covered with wax paper. Spread nuts on top. Bake at 350, for 15 minutes. Remove immediately, turn onto tea towel that has been dusted with powdered sugar. Roll up, allow to cool. Mix cream cheese,butter, vanilla and powdered sugar. Unroll cooled cake and spread with cream cheese mixture Roll up and wrap in plastic wrap. Cool and serve Top can be dusted with powdered sugar..
