3 C Minute Rice, cooked
2-3 slices ham, cut in pieces
2 bunches green onions, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
6 slices bacon, cut in pieces
1 can mushrooms
1/4 C soy sauce (or less)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice as directed on box. Brown bacon and drain except for 3 Tbsp drippings. Saute ham, green onion and mushrooms in drippings. Add rice and soy sauce. Stir and heat through. Add eggs - heat for 5 minutes and serve.
