1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
4 Cups Rhubarb cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1 Cup White Sugar
1/4 Cup Flour
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
Mix first three ingredients together and then stir in melted butter with fork. Put aside, this is the topping.
Mix rest of ingredients together and put in greased 8x8x2 baking pan. Cover with topping.
Cook for 45 minutes.
