4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/3 cup fine dry Italian seasoned bread crumbs
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse the chicken pieces and pat dry
Fold chicken pieces in half and secure with wooden toothpicks
Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise
Combine the breadcrumbs with the cheese
Roll chicken in crumb mixture, coating generously
Arrange chicken pieces with the thickest portions toward the edge of the casserole
Sprinkle the chicken with the paprika and any remaining crumbs
Stack and cook
