2 chicken breasts cut in half ½ cup skim milk ½ cup Grape Nut Flakes
Trim skin from chicken Dip chicken into the milk and then into the Grape Nut Flakes Bake in a Teflon pan at 400 degrees for ½ hour Reduce heat to 350 Cover loosely with foil Bake 20-30 minutes longer Don’t turn chicken during the baking process
