2 c. diced cooked chicken
3 c. cooked rice
2 c. celery, cut fine
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup, undiluted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

1 c. fat-free sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. low fat mayonaise
1/3 c. water or chicken broth

Crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first seven ingredients. Put in a greased 9 X 13 pan.

Mix together the next four ingredients with a beater and pour over chicken mixture. Cover with crushed potato chips and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake at 375 for 50 - 60 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
