2 cups brown sugar 1 stick margarine 1 1/2 cups light Karo 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp soda 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar 7 quarts of popped pop corn
Boil first 4 ingredients for 5 minutes stirring often Remove from heat, stir in soda and cream of tartar (combined) Pour over popcorn and mix well Spread onto 2 jelly roll pans and bake 1 hour at 225 degrees
