1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup white Karo Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil
Take off heat and add 1 cup peanut butter
add 1 cup peanuts without skins
Also add 6 cups Rice Chex
Pour into greased pan
Cut when cool
