6 medium fresh carrots, cut into strips
1 medium head cauliflower, seperated
1/4 cup margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven t 375 degrees. Arrange carrots and cauliflower in a dish. Sprinkle with salt and nutmeg and cover, baking 50-55 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
